EU Buildings Climate Tracker: Urgency to close the buildings decarbonisation gap

The paper in particular describes the methodology of the EU Building Climate Tracker, that BPIE developed this year, which tracks progress of decarbonization of buildings in the EU since 2015, the signature of the Paris Agreement. The Trackeris a response to the challenges of collecting and using data to monitor and assess decarbonisation in the EU building stock and will monitor progress annually.
