AVERE to Co-Organize the New Mobility Congress in Lodz in Cooperation with PSNM

The New Mobility Congress (KNM) 2024 is the flagship event of AVERE Board Member PSNM (Polish New Mobility Association) and also a key gathering for the zero-emission transport in Central and Eastern Europe.

Taking place in Lodz from 24 – 26 September 2024, KNM 2024 is a forum dedicated to the exchange of knowledge, profound expert discussion and the showcasing of innovative and advanced technology contributing to transport decarbonization and all related economic sectors.

KNM is set to welcome key experts, academics, opinion leaders, decision makers, business, and NGOs from all over the world. Already in its 5th edition, KNM welcomed over 3,500 participants last year, with 300 speakers on 6 simultaneous stages, in addition to a 19,000 m2 EXPO area, showcasing HDVs, EVs, FCEVs, as well as charging hardware and software. For 2024, visitors can look forward to high level panels, roundtables and industry workshops, fireside chats, as well as networking and matchmaking.

As the European association for e-mobility, AVERE will join forces with PSNM as a co-organizer, mainly supporting the EU discussion forum while championing discussions and recommendations for increased road decarbonization. Reflecting on the goals of the Fit for 55 Package and the Net-Zero Industry Act, AVERE will host and moderate sessions with EU decision makers and industry shapers.

“This cooperation is an excellent opportunity to bring Brussels to a region which is making serious strides in e-mobility: Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). This is aptly reflected by the fact that PSNM has become the largest new mobility organization in the EU, with over 280 corporate members and 150 institutional partnerships. At the same time, AVERE represents over 65 members composed of industry leaders and national associations based across Europe, working together to support decarbonization in road transport. As the Managing Director of PSNM and also President of AVERE, this collaboration is especially dear to me as it shows the immense motivation we have in this region to revolutionize and innovate, giving it the Europe-wide touch. Coming to Lodz will show visitors our passion for sustainability and will be an opportunity to ignite more success stories across the continent”, says Maciej Mazur.
